1. Login As Teacher
STAGE 1- EXAM COMMENT SETUP
2. On the Academic Menu Click on Exam Comment Setup
3. Click on Add Exam Comment Setup
4. Select the information of the class you want to assign the comment setup to and then in the LABLE, you will specify who is writing the comment eg. Class Teacher Remark, Head Teacher Remark, Principal Remark, etc.
Then You click on the button below to save
STAGE 2 - EXAM COMMENT
This is where you add the actual Comment to the student's result on their performance
Here are the proofread steps:
5. Click on "Exam Comment" (Below "Exam Comment Setup").
6. Select the class you want to add a comment to (Exam, Class, Section).
- Under "Label," select the label you want to assign a comment to.
- To input students' remarks in bulk, leave the student field on "Select Student" to fetch all students in the class. If you select a student, you can only assign a comment to that student.
Then Click on Exam Comment Button to fetch the students in that class
7. Type in your preferred comment for each student and click on "Add Exam Comment" To save it
8. It will automatically be added to the student's result in the terminal Report
